Christian Quayle als Mcylroy departed this life at the beginning of February last intestate.
The Court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed her son and daughter Arthur Quayle and Margaret Quayle joint administrators of all her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever who being of lawful years are sworn in Court in form of law as also to be just the one to the other and hath given pledges viz Thomas Stoale & Edward Callow.

NOTES
- Christian was the daughter of David, probably David Mylroie, an individual who spent most of his life in Lonan although plenty of evidence he lived in Maughold for some time
- Christian's place in the world came to light in the will of her intended mother-in-law Margaret Quayle who died in 1692 - it mentioned David Mcylroy & his underage daughter who was betrothed to Margaret's son, WIlliam
- Christian's husband William was baptised 1682, and thus Christian was probably the first (but unrecorded) child of David Mylroie & Margaret Cown who married in Braddan in 1680
- Daughter Margaret baptised 1712 Maughold. Father William Quayle
- Son Arthur baptised Jan 1717/8 Maughold. Father William Quayle (William's father was named Arthur)
- A child William was baptised in 1706, son of William, and he is likely to be another of Christian's children. He died in 1769 and mentions a brother Arthur which is strong evidence of being from Christian's family
- The family was located in the treen of Ballaskebeg, on half a quarterland that had been contributed to the marriage of William's mother Margaret by her family, the Kermeens

17 Apr 1677; Arthur Quayle obo himself; John Kirmeene + wife Jony als Cowle obo their dau Margreat - to marry [place + date unspecified] Kermeens to settle half a qtr after death of longest liver - land called Balneskeg (Maughold); if no issue then half of land to return to John Kermeen - Jony's half passed over to Arthur Quayle is to remain his but if sold then John Kermine to have it 5s cheaper. Couple to have half corn in Balnaslkeg - Kermeens to give team etc after 4 years - Arthur + Margaret to cohabit with John + Jony and maintain them; Witt Robt Christian, Euan Curghy 'x' - all other parties 'x'
